I have been quiet last month due to birthday celebrations, starting back up with grad school, returning to daily substituting, dating, starting new projects, bringing my business online, and now INTERNATIONAL, all while fighting the strong approach of seasonal depression creeping in my body.
I am fighting intrusive thoughts disguesed as imposter syndrome by going to the gym and keeping my morning routines regulated. I am also in current court proceedings to share my testimony as a victim of domestic violence by my ex-trans-boyfriend.
I need to ground more. I am truly coming into my age as a proud spiritual black lesbian advocating for our rights to express our joy and pleasure in our bodies.

My birthday was absolutely amazing! I got to get start it off by going to see Tolieth's Soul Session at the City Winery and witnessed her share a beautiful gospel moment with her community choir!
The next day I took off with an amazing close friend to New Jersey to have a surprise dinner on a boat and tour around the STATUE OF LIBERTY, while eating a delicious buffet, great drinks, and music! It was a wonderful chance to dance freely naked on the dance floor over the ocean with someone who protected me, showed care and value to my day, while we waved the one of the baddest women in the world farewell.
After that, we ran off the boat and headed straight into King Spa for the last couple hours to get our relaxation and detox going. They installed new infrared beds that you can move up and down your body. My favorite activity besides the whirlpools, is jumping in and out of the sauna, steam rooms, and ice room. 2 hours was just not enough time!
Labor day fell on my birthday, so what did I do? I got to give money to small owned black and brown businesses at a local festival across from a special park facing a waterfall! The weather, food, and music was just right! I got do the moonwalk!
Wow, and then… I hosted my Season Finale Virgo Energy Birthday Bash! What a time at Fort Hill Bar & Grill! Thank you all for showing up and showing love! We got to feature Kasia Lavon, Brandie Blaze, and Eva Davenport with their song “Big Virgo Energy" We ate, we painted, and we celebrated life!

Now I am back in grad school working on Abstract Drawings on Cubism and keeping my nervous system regulated as I calm down into this fall season. I miss you already summer, see you next year!
